Getting ready for the WWOOF programme should not be that hard if a few things are put in place and organised. For instance;

Luggage has to be obviously small if the WHOOFER is only going to one host.
If going to more than one host, the WHOOFER has to determine how much more luggage to carry.
A heavy load of luggage would not be such a good idea to carry because of the unbearable weight you have to move around. Especially if going to more than one host farm.
Weather between climate zones has to be considered as well and applicable clothing and attire should be carried.
Most items are not necessary and one would be amazed at what she/he needs for her/his basic needs when one wills to adjust.
Carry only items that you cannot do without.
Use internet allocated time cautiously and have limits so that you are not distracted.

If well organized and the WHOOFER employs the points above, he/she is rest assured of having a fruitful, enjoyable and less stressful time during the programme.
